The Jacob breed has thrived as a smallholder species for centuries because they are valued for both their wool and their delicous, lean nutreint dense meat. We harvest 3 to 4 times a year and we offer lamb or mutton by the whole or half share. Occasionally we will cull at a usda facility and are able to offer indivual cuts. We take deposits to reserve shares and we take care of loyal customers.
