Sheep Shares - Lamb

Our Jacobs are culled semi annually in the spring or fall, per the standards for livestock conservation and the needs of lambing and breeding season. Lamb shares (animal is 11-18 mos.) of this delicious grass fed sheep can be reserved by the half or whole with a deposit.  A half share includes a full side (shoulder to hind shank) of the animal.
